Just imagine DOA in SK's graphic engine ♡.♡
So every DOA girl would be built like Rouge The Bat.
that is one of my main gripes about SK. They all look like the same exact balloon animal with a different wig on (Except the lolis of course).
The hair and outfits are the only thing identifying them. It's why I can't bring myself to actually customize them at all because if you change ANYTHING then they are no longer that character.
I actually like the art style, I think it's really cute and I actually like SK ayane more appearance wise than DOA5 ayane. And I don't really edit hair myself aside from Ryona, especially if the girl has longer hair, that's when I won't touch it....well except Imu, hated her default so I gave her the really cute pixie cut with the DLC strand on top of the head.So every DOA girl would be built like Rouge The Bat.

I actually forgot that In Japan this game comes out in just 3 weeks! *o* So I guess at launch the only new characters will be Leo, Yuyaki and... the other girl ( I've forgot her name lol. ) Hopefully then we get some cool characters as dlc, and also hopefully this year it comes out in the west too.
I wasn't trying to lie XD I sincerely thought that was the poll for EV based on the pictures. Well I think it's because of how she's executed, you may not know it but the emotionless aloof girl is actually a very popular trope in Japan, especially in hentai XD She's also pretty edgy looking when it comes to her clothes but she's surprising cute and moe in a way which I guess did why so many like her. I myself didn't like her at first, as you already know I'm polar opposite in my interest of videogame girls from you XD but once I actually played her and saw her personality, she became one of my faves. It also helps that her VA also voices Mila in DOA5(Although I dislike Japanese voices somewhat) and she also voices Asuka Kazama in Tekken, and VAs often times can make a character even more popular if they have a notable background of characters they voice

Hikage is also hella fun to play as, she has the most bad ass animations and demeanor when she fights ^_^
