I want those bird chicks as playable. They have the coolest outfit in the entire series.

Something to look forward to for those who have not yet played burst: in 1 mission in the Hanzo story, Asuka spars against Kirya sensei himself, the only time in the series (as far as I know) that you get to fight him
He uses a shinobi technique to take the appearance and fighting style of Homura so gameplay wise, its just another Homura boss fight

I thought we were promised August!?
What the fuck is taking them so long with this thing? The game is already done, save half-assed text translations. Do the stars need to align in some super-specific way, or are they waiting for the fertility goddess to give them her blessing? I just don't get it.

... :/ ... please Marvelous invest in whatever will allow you to release the NA and EU versions at the same time as the Japanese version. When I heard Burst comes out in February I was like "wow that's so close" Then I remembered that that was just for Japan and it will actually probably be months later for EU... Seriously It would be good if they worked on the translation as they made it or something for future games so that there wasn't this gap between releases.
Stuff should already be done assuming they're gonna reuse all the dialogue and text from the original as well as missions. If they're gonna make some tweaks and add voice work it'll likely come out that summer, I remember PBS dropping in I think March and then it was announced for the West this following "Summer"

Oh yeah actually, The vast majority of the game is probably already translated. Still I wished they'd just release the game internationally at the same time, I know though that would be hard.

I like how they at least kept some elements from the original version like making the level look like it did from the first game but from a 3d perspective. It even seems like they kept the graphical style. I'm a bit disappointed to see some returning enemies since that means the robot things that I hated fighting so much from the original will return

Who knows, with Yumi in the game, maybe they will add the others as dlc so we can try fighting the older style enemies with all of the newer girls.
I guess they took some elements from estival versus and improved on them but also did a bit of downgrading to better get the design of the original burst. I think it works.
