And yeah, like @Tyaren said, we can only get 3 votes and you can't vote entries twice/thrice on one character.

I suppose people will have to think their Top 3's VERY WISELY.

2) You will be able to vote 1 design / 1 character. This means if you find out very decent 2 designs, say for Ayane, you won't be able to choose such 2.

Why the fuck the rules are "confidential" are beyond me. my hope for my costume making it in is dwindling even IF people like it if he isn't a character they use they aren't going to vote...well fuck.
