Every PS5/XBSX game should just have a graphics mode and a performance mode imo, let those that want Native 4K and all the raytracing bells and whistles play their game with gorgeous graphics and 30fps and 1440-1800p 60fps mode that lets you play the game smoothly like what Demon's Souls and Nioh does. it keeps everyone happy.

One thing I noticed from the GT7 trailer is the cars and the insides look amazing, but everything else still looks like assets from GT6 on PS3 ESPECIALLY the drivers gloves...

Yeah I noticed that too. Pretty sure they are the same assets. While that's imo okay for the cars, because they are already insanely detailed in polycount, I wished they redid the driver's gloves. You can still see obvious polygon edges on them.

Yep, that's the PS5's custom SSD. When the console launches its SSD will be top of the line, outperforming that of the Xbox Series X by 100% and rivalling the best ones available on PC. That's imo the true next generational leap.

NST was very weird in that it was cartoony in design and proportions but then environments and animals and stuff were super realistic but cartoony designed it was awkward. Spyro Reignited Trilogy nailed the cartoon designs and coherence and it seems that Toys For Bob have nailed it again with Crash 4.

Game is by the way native 4K on PS4 Pro (my screens are downsampled to 1080p), which is hella impressive.

Street date for the game already broke for early copies. I may grab the game on Monday.

I would probably have it already had I preordered it at the usual place in my town. Because of the pandemic I've been dragging my feet preordering it physically or digitally. I still haven't made up my mind. x__X

Jesus, Ghost of Tsushima is even more gorgeous than I thought. Before Digital Foundry's review drops tomorrow this PS Access video is imo the best one at showing off just how beautiful the game is:

Imo John was at times more nitpicky than he needed to be here. Dinging the game for technical flaws most if not all big open world games also have.
I also do not agree with him stating that GoT has less detailed trees and foliage than RDR2 and Horizon Zero Dawn. That's crazy talk, GoT is so dense and detailed in flora as if all of Tsushima was one giant, overgrowing garden on which someone must've dropped thousands of tons of manure from air, lol.

I actually won't be having much time to play GoT for now though, because I am still fully immersed in the closed beta of Genshin Impact. This game is so achingly beautiful and charming. I really have to laugh at everyone who called this an uncreative, soulless Breath of the Wild rip-off. Breath of the Wild wished it was half this gorgeous.
