The original Saints Row was a mediocre GTA clone, but people liked it since it was more silly like previous GTAs, at the time when GTAIV was new and super-serious. It got sillier with 2, became very over the top with 3, and pretty much shattered any pretense of plausibility in 4.

It's like the ultimate balls-to-the-wall crazy game. Not the prettiest around but it's probably one of the most fun game series I have ever played. It will most likely bring out sadistic sides in you you didn't even know you had, one of my favorite things in SR3 was super throwing someone off the side of my rooftop penthouse and using explosive ammo to juggle them in the air

Basically what Chap said. Plus you can switch genders at will at Image As Designed, I do it all the time since Troy Baker and Laura Bailey have awesome voices. I also love the escort missions, they say some hilariously suggestive things in that tinted car...The cowgirl exotic dancer is definitely my favorite, but the over the top devil Hispanic chick is also too funny.
My all time favorite thing to do was taunt the biker chicks and get them to chase me with a bat, then when they got close enough, I'd grab them so I could use them as a human shield. I'd then drag them to an alley and just spend like 5-12 minutes listening to her awesome voice actresses voice clips("Here come the pain train!" was my favorite ), then when I got bored i just snap their necks and listen to her scream as they fall to the ground dead. XD

As I said it's not the prettiest. They ported SR4 to PS4 but you can tell it's very obviously a PS3 game and the always night choice wasn't a good one. The longer I play 4 the more I miss blue sky (heard there are day cycles when you beat the campaign but I never did lol).
It's not the best graphically wise, but it holds up well to GTA imo thanks to the more stylish graphics and stuff. Cloth flows and even the pedestrians and homies have long cloth and flowing hair, but it's usually short, braided, or pulled in a ponytail, the main character is basically the only one that can have the good flowy styles. Overall I like the graphics, they're a bit crisper than GTA in my opinion since the map is smaller while GTA kinda has to sacrifice visuals for actual bigger locations and more pedestrian variations. The vehicles also are pretty detailed but it takes literally 4-6 hits and crashes for them to show damage. Environmental destruction is also pretty good, but too many explosions and cars in one area at a time can sometimes slow the game down, especially on the Vanilla one which is basically the newest one on a last Gen console.

I doubt I'll get it but it is beautiful, The fact that everything is a mix of machinery is really cool especially the giraffe like creatures with the giant face plates.

I'm surprised you didn't get Uncharted 4 so far by the way, since you always seem to be pretty interested in it. Speaking of Uncharted 4, It needs to be mentioned in this thread at least once:
If I didn't take these shots myself during normal gameplay, I'd think these were bullshots...but they are really not.

Yeah Uncharted 4 is gorgeous and you would expect them to be bullshots and its crazy they're not! I'm definitely interested in it and still plan on buying it.
And yeah when it comes to Horizon I'm just not sure about it since it hasn't really peaked my interest in anyway besides the mechanical animals but I'd need to see more from it, we probably will as well at E3.
Is anyone specifically looking out for anything at E3 because like I said for me it's above all else the possible reveal of Resident Evil 7.

Many of you might not have noticed it, but with patch 1.21 The Witcher 3 got graphically improved in several fields. The PS4 got the most significant boost since PCs were able to run following improvements on higher settings before and the Xbone version did unfortunately not receive the following improvements. :/
As on the PC the water technology has been improved. It now moves more realistic and interacts more realistic with the character:
Anisotropic filtering (prevents smudging of ground textures in the distance) was bumped up from 4 times to 8 times:

Lighting and shadow draw distance was also improved:
PS4 pre patch:
PS4 post patch 1.21:
So, excluding the new grass of Blood and Wine other graphical improvements were carried over into the base game.

Wow, that is sad... Especially Far Cry 4 (9:47) What the hell happened? o . O These are not just technical downgrades but artistic ones as well.

Yeah I remember how disappointed I was when they fully killed my hype for watch dogs when it became clear that they'd exaggerated how good it would look after its downgrade, Not to mention it felt rushed and lacked content or a world that felt alive! So now that they've revealed watch dogs 2 at this E3 I won't even be following it.
They wouldn't dare to again straight up lie to the peoples' faces, would they? XD

Well I hope you don't get it just for them! XD And honestly with Ubisoft I don't know since they are clearly more interested in making all of their IPS annual than making sure they're long lasting for the fans.

The FIRST game was a standard GTA clone.
The second third and fourth completely blow GTA out of the water in every department except graphics so you'll probably hate them XD.
The second one adds in trademark humor and some crazy stuff like missions to drive around in septic trucks spewing poo at everything and flurries and you can pile drive grannies on the streets or hijack bikers by drop kicking the drivers off and you can surf and handstand on moving vehicles (including planes!) And drive bikes up the sides of walls and there's a zombie mini game and its generally hilarious.
The THIRD game cranks up the humor to cartoon levels while putting the awesome into overdrive. Like one mission is to hijack an enemy cargo plane. You arrive in your own plane and dive out without a parachute onto the roof of the other plane, climb in shoot your way through guards until you find a sonic blaster gun that makes people explode and fight to the tanks in the hangar eventually blowing up the entire plane then climb into a tank as they fall and have a tank battle in free fall. Also falling are bio weapon gas canisters which hit the ground first so when you land you clmb out of the tank, look around to see zombies, you character says "fuck my life!" And gets back into the tank.
Some of the zombies are hilarious too like one will Chase you carrying a big gulp from a gas station and will stop chasing you to take a big drink from it before running after you again XD.
The fourth game is less GTA more Crackdown and opens with a parody of the movie Armageddon as you ride a missile while aerosmith plays and fall and land in the white house as you are now the president with Keith David as your vice president and then aliens attack complete with you in a turret as the enemies move in Space Invaders formation. Then you escape the Pleasant ville Matrix as Somewhere Love Will Find You by Journey plays and you drive a car as a tiger paws at you while you're all wtf why a tiger.
And then there's Mr Genki.
I could go on. Saints Row is goddamn glorious.
