I believe I just spoke it. But I'll give you the benefit of a doubt you're trolling, assume you genuinely don't get the reference, and spell it out for you.

Momiji's VA is the same as Sailor Saturn from the 90s anime Sailor Moon, which just saw a reboot. Sailor Saturn is probably the strongest of the Sailors of the inner and outer planets, able to destroy a planet when awakened during its darkest hour. Incidentally, Saturn and Momiji also have similar tastes in weapons.

not trolling, was an alternate way of indirectly saying that I didn't get your terminology and references that you used that's all.

Awesmic does make sense however either 1) you get the inside joke (and usually they're very clever) or 2) it goes right over your head.

not really he doesn't make sense in that what he says with those jokes are usually completely irrelevant. its an indirect way of saying "i know who this voice actor is" when no one asked or brought it up

Momiji is a lot of fun ..
I wouldn't go as far as calling her a beginner character... That rank remains exclusively to Ein and Tina... (maybe Hitomi to a degree) .. intermediate maybe...

her 236P+KPP360H+P has this akward timing .. and once people catch on to her basic shenanigans she isn't all that easy to use. (dunno about online ... where everything is ass)

Tina? Beginner?

Since when? Not saying she's complicated, but I wouldn't call her a beginner on the level of ein and hitomi...

Who else would you add?
Gen Fu and Rachel.

Gen Fu has a few things that are "difficult" execution-wise, but for the most part he is very easy in that regard, even for a DOA-character. What's more important, however, is his gameplan. It's straightforward, simple, easy to pick-up and works beautifully even at a simple, fundamental level. The only reason he's not at the top, imo, is that you do have to adjust to having little-to-no long-range tools, which for some is tricky.

Rachel is just all-around easy. Very easy execution, easy gameplan, the whole package. The only thing that new players might find as a bit of a roadbump is her "slow" initial frames on her pokes. But honestly, she's not that slow and most players should be accustomed to having an i13 mid (it's not like she's Bass, Lisa, Eliot or Nyotengu slow). After that, it's all extremely simple. Her mix-ups from her jab string is nearly unrivaled, her launches are simple, her oki is nearly braindead, her pokes and trips are intuitive, she can be quite safe and has other tools stacked on top that can serve as "get out of jail free" cards (so to speak) that alleviate some of the more difficult set-ups and MUs that other characters regularly face (such as having a low OH).

Off topic, but why doesn't Busa's Shoho connect while going off edge? Ex. Lost world
I think because they don't know what to do if you fail it or use the K ender. It would essentially send you and the opponent flying off the cliff at the same time. Just deals with the cliff threshold, similar to how floored opponents will "bounce" off when approaching the edge.

I think they could patch it and make it work, though.

Tina? Beginner?
Since when?
Since always.

Rachel I would place in hitomi range simply cuz of speed... well.... maybe .. ya shes retarded lol.

Gen fu? no.. hes not easy. he has shit range and his execution is difficult.

I would put Hitomi up at top tier noob friendly. Bitch can take away all your health by saying "osu" a couple times. After her I would say Gen Fu because his "advanced stuff" is a little harder, Rachel, Momiji and Tina. Maybe Ein but I have no idea what that guy does.

If I'm gonna talk about my reasons for saying this it would actually sound like a MU discussion. So if any of you are wondering, that's why I didn't do it. : (

Would braindead buttons would go under easy? I have afew but those are personal opinion.
If you're asking "If it's easy to push buttons with a character, does that mean they're easy to use?" then the answer would be "not exactly."

Sometimes the "mashy" characters are quite effective being played mashy, relatively speaking (Marie Rose or Rig may qualify for this category because they are quite safe). Others get blown up much more easily for doing this (Kasumi, for example), despite being frequently cited as a "mash the buttons" character.

And this is of course only in beginning play, as these strategies will typically only take you so far. For example, in tournament play, you probably won't see Rig mashing away. If he does, he'll be blown up by crushes and sidesteps. Using him at high-level play does not consist of "push buttons."

Obviously all this is different online, but that's the basic idea.
