Troy Baker is such a horrible Hayabusa, though.

The main thing for me though is that I grew up on many of these JP voices for well over a decade. So to me, the JP voices just ARE the characters.

I guess I could see how newcomers might get used to the English ones, though. To me, they're just off, however.

Well I grew up on the Japanese Voices as well...but the feelings' SO not mutual. It's not that I despise the Japanese Voice Actors, but I seriously grew tired of them real fast and always hated hearing something I most likely will never understand. Of course, I can tolerate it and can play the games' again if given the opportunity, but considering how quickly I'll even jump to the ENG option if it's on any DOA game(INCLUDING DOA2:H for the PS2), that should tell you how much I really don't care about if they make the character or not.

Jann Lee's voice does suck, but how do you not like Yui Horie? Go watch Toradora! right now. I dare you not to fall in love with Minori.

I've seen Toradora, yeah. For that matter, she also happens to voice one of my more favorite characters in anything, Nepgear. I also quite liked her as Hitomi in 3 and 2U; It's just that I, personally, find her voice to be absolutely grating in 5/5U.

The one misspelled name that drives me crazy is Elliot. I get that it's a common way to spell the name but I still cringe every time I see it on FSD. DX

I understand. When people misspell Sarah and write "Sera" it drives me crazy something fierce.
