Some people only like to play one or two characters, I myself when I play DoA pretty much only ever play:
Hayabusa, Ein, Hitomi, Ayane or Hayate(aya and Hayate only for fun though) I never really play anyone else because I can't use them to save my life.

I pick half the cast every now and then for fun, but really the ones I like playing are Ryu, Lisa, Ayane, Rig, Tina and soon, Leon.

I was originally gonna get it from Amazon but 2 problems..
1. Xbox codes are Region Locked so even if I did have it it wouldn't work
2. I switched to ShopTo.net which has the Idol costumes which again are region locked.
I was thinking of giving away the Idol costumes as I have no use for them but I may as well use them as pretty much everyone and their cat are getting the Idol costumes.

Hmm...sorry but that's a bad trade. If I wanted the jpop outfits I could have ordered them from gamestop AND have gotten the bad girl outfits.
Why would I only want Kasumi and Ayane?

Yeah sorry Momiji I would but Hitomi is my main and I always wanted lei fang in a school outfit. Some advice though if you do find someone to trade with offer them the bad girl outfits instead of the jpop that way there's a better chance of them saying yes.

Here's my prediction on the "bounty" system:
It will be a rating on how good you are in battle (DOA5 has no ratings but DOA4 did). Everyone starts with $1000 Zack Dollars as their bounty. Beat someone with a higher price on their head and your bounty goes up and theirs goes down and vice versa. The higher the price on your head the more formidable of an opponent you are.

Without human skin or face, whereas "Demon Rachel" is just a Rachel, plastic bimbo in a tremendously implausible, revealing and highly hilarious outfit.
So your comparison is not really valid at all.
