Notice it says "New Characters" and "New Stages" in plural yet only Mary Rose and Lorelei revealed so far. Could be grasping straws, but hey its a possibility we are not done yet.
Mary Rose is apparently an 18 year old SWEDISH girl
Applaud TN for their sense of humor.
But yes, good eye there on the plural. As far as stages go, my guess is that there will probably be day/nighttime stages for existing ones, if anything.
Why do people assume all women over 18 have to be Tall and Busty? I've seen countless underdeveloped young adults.

I don't see any space for any more characters. Marie takes up the whole page. "New characters" was probably just a poor choice in words. On top of all that, some guy here found evidence that there are just enough spaces for one more character to fit on random select/win pose viewer/loss pose viewer/etc. I suggest you don't get your hopes up about more characters.

True it could have been a typo but the whole space argument isn't a very convincing one. If they need more space they can certainly make it. That lonely empty spot on the screen was inevitable b/c there were 29 characters.

I of course thought she was underage but never hated her at all and I think that people's concerns were a legitimate one (and at least for me it was due to fear that we wouldn't get to play as her which is still a possibility but now less likely so). And for those of you calling out the "loli-bashers" why weren't you voicing these strong beliefs before you found out she was 18? It's like all of these people are coming out of nowhere shaking their fingers saying "SEE I TOLD YOU SO".
They said DOA5UA would have a new character. As in singular, not multiple new characters.

I don't know about others, but I'm a patient asshole that waits for information before making my decisions and start criticizing.
And the whole 18 issue, did people really believe Team Ninja would reveal a loli looking girl and actually make her underaged? Unless they want a new lawsuit coming at them, a new reason for the other FGC to badmouth DOA series, or getting their game banned in multiple countries (not that it's been confirmed that we are going to get a playable Mary Rose on consoles or any other arcade machines other than Japan for that matter), it's not one of their smartest business decision they would make with such an idea.
The whole Sweden nationality is extremely well played on Team Ninja's part though.
