Yeah as Brute said FS would be in DOA a Guard Break because of the High Speed and would be not a guard break then it would be the hell for the opponent becuase Ryu can do the FS 3 -4 times in the air

Asian-ish. He has subtlely Asian-shaped eyes with the upper eye folds. Almost like he started out with Japanese eyes and got that western eye cosmetic surgery some people get. His eyes being green also makes him appear a bit more caucasian.
