There aren't 100 people in the cast, meaning that each person takes up more than 1%. And since we know Hayate can't beat Ryu, that means he could therefore not fuck up 99% of the cast.

Actually during the leon campaign I gave them a reason to make his story of more relevance to the plot (via letter and email)
In short, it turns out that the war Roland dies in is actually because of an army funded by Donovan to open up a secret DOATEC branch in the desert, leon finds out about this due to a Bayman conversation at some point and bam.. he flips out with more rage, and instant story plot.
That can be modified in a hundred ways, but its so easy to plot him into a DOA6 story.
As for Tengu, I did the same, telling them what if he didnt actually die but was banished back into his relm by some ninja magic, and donovan with thirst for different methods of power resummons him.. but this time he is released and uncontrollable and reeking havoc everywhere.
Ein, simply that epsilon actually worked by the end of 5 and that all this time it was actually the prototype clone project. When hayate was freed before completion only the Ein data was extracted.
As for Raidou, ashamed of his defeat in DOA1, he spent years in the forest mastering his skill and is now back for revenge not only on the mugen tenshin, but on all the ninjas.
Genra, could stay dead in a fire. Serves the plot better with a traumatised ayane. His playstyle never fit anyway.

- I honestly think at some point helena should hire a body guard (male who knows aikido), bayman gets wind about leon working for donovan
- Kokoro, lei fang and hitomi team up and release a girl group called dead or alive with a hit single called you spin me right round
- Tina decided her next job is to become a ninja and defeats ryu so he has to teach her
- Eliot starts looking more masculine and get's a shirtless dlc
- Gen fu's fists become so heavy he fights like the hulk
- Lisa get's a decent career choice
- Kasumi becomes a bad bitch
- Rig takes rob fords place of mayor of toronto
- Akira finally gets the banana costume

While we're on the topic of storyline predictions I still think that Marie Rose will end up being the half-sister of Helena and Kokoro. I say her mother was one of Fame's maids as well as his mistress. Marie Rose grew up in poverty and finally (right before DOA6) learns from her mother about the truth, is spiteful that Fame (and by extension Helena) never helped out her mother so she finds Helena (who no longer has servants) and asks to be her maid. She pretends being essentially a fangirl of Helena but her true motive is to take out Helena so that she can become DOATEC's next heir. Also Kokoro is somewhere in the mess (since she's older than MR and would actually be the next heir).

This...doesn't make a lot of sense. When did the entire clan get killed off? How do we know Ayane is superior to Hayate? It's only been stated that Kasumi likely has more potential. Obviously, Ryu's out. But, when exactly did Ayane and Hayate ever fight or anything to be compared?
And what missions is he doing by himself? Visiting Helena?

I like it. Then how about this: Donovan is the one who tells MR the truth about her mother and says that if she joins him and goes undercover as Helena's servant, he will make sure she gets a part of DOATEC.
