At the end of the day we have to keep in mind despite all her street style, she is not a badass. Shes just a nice girl that can take care of herself. Prolly the kind to do charity work too on her spare time.

I think she's a badass nice girl. what's the trope? Cute Bruiser? aafter all, she is an mma champion with international titles under her belt. and can pound a superninjas face into the dirt lol.

Erm, I personally wouldn't consider Mila badass. She doesn't have the personality type. Being a determined fighter doesn't qualify being called badass in my opinion. She's like on Hitomi's level to me, and I'm not sure I'd classify Hitomi as badass.

Christie, yes. Rachel, yes. Ayane, possibly. No other girl in DOA really qualifies as badass.

Unless of course you're using badass as a term of appreciation. In which case, different story. Marie is my favourite therefore she can be seen as badass to me which just means I think she's really cool- but she isn't a badass character.

.... did any of that make sense? not sure if people get what I mean. I guess it depends what definition you're going for. But in regards to character personality type, I wouldn't label Mila badass.

~ On a side note to an earlier discussion; I don't think you can really lump characters into a gender pool and call one or the other dull. Pretty sure everybody finds one male or female more interesting than the other. Unless you're literally gender bias then... well... maybe you can.

I consider her a badass for her presentation. while she's not a badass by profession like those you listed, she's a badass in practice. while they require magical/demonic tools and spells and assassin training amd espionage, she's just a girl who will beat your ass in a brutal fashion, without resorting.g to waif-fu. she's like batman in a way lol. crazy awesome in a normal, practical way. oor maybe hawkeye would be a better comparison...m
