Can someone explain me who Regent is, the way he fights, ect. I didn't play NG3 but his design looks cool. What would be his role in DOA ?

I think that DOA has the prettiest group of female characters in a video game ever, and that's saying alot with the female characters of Final Fantasy and Dynasty Warriors and such

I actually really liked the new Lili, yeah she looks yellowish now but she does have a nice face. I think the anime look fits her
And while she is really cute, I don't think Leo necissarily needed the anime look. I love the new look, but she looks really femine in the face now, making it a bit more obvious she is a female
I think that happened BECAUSE she was confirmed a female. If Leo was still never addressed, she would still be androgynous.

Talking in general, "Regent of the mask" is the main antagonist (even if not the final villain) of Ryu in NG3, the same role already got by Doku and Genshin respectively in NG1 and NG2.
