Also, I don't think, it's entirely random, as I am ranked fourth. It must have something to do with getting the most points in the shortest amount of time or something like that. That's what I hope. XD

It's not, because if you check back with the list periodically all the same people who have had 113 likes for a long time will still be in the top, but listed in a completely different order. In other words, that listing will change up at a certain time even if no new users attain the 113 points. That indicates that it's not using a system to reliably categorize them, and instead is just purely random.
