No announcement so far but apparently the time has to be close: maybe we could get her just in 1-2 weeks...

EDIT: Together with the new DLC discounts for celebrating the 1,5 milliond of downloads of the core fighters versions, it was confirmed the close arrival of Nyotengu even if no date was given: http://www.famitsu.com/news/201408/04058459.html

Also on the UK official site her name is listed as Nyho tengu.

Also, TN announced DLC discounts for DoA5U: the Ultimate Swimsuits, Tropical swimsuits, Casual pack Vol1 and 2, Original DOA5 & DoA5+ outfits and Private gravures packs will get a special cut price for celebrating the 1,5 million of downloads of Core Fighter. In addition Kokoro will be offered as free character for the owners of the core fighter version.

Rather I would say that gives time to TN to release all the eventual additional characters around September or later, like they said to the fans for giving us a vague schedule. Again TN has no one forcing them to do it for a certain date, so they don't really need to "get time": everything is based on their agreement with Tecmo.

Early Nyotengu release means we'll be getting another shitfest of a fetish DLC and bitch about it but buy anyway earlier. But hell yeah Nyotengu coming soon means this'll be the first DLC that interests me on Day 1 that I'm too broke for.

Reasonable prices. Damn it. I love discounts. But, I hate DLC. Decisions...

Her story mentions her being obsessed with finding Bankotsubo's killer...but that is nowhere to be found in the Japanese version of her story. Hmm...
