That is very unfortunate you won't be able to make it out to TFC, Vincent. I REALLY want to go to TFC (no funds for a travel like that at all) but it's not a total loss, there will always be more tournaments and other majors and I have plans to attend them.
But that is good news about casuals being available at Zach's again, thank you for mentioning that. Boobiebombs is also available on Sundays, so that means he can definitely attend casuals now. The brighter side to things though, is that now more spots are becoming available for us SoCal players. It seems we'll have your spot, Boobiebombs and we also have 1337LoungeLive for more exposure too.
I think this is a very good break for us, because maybe now we can finally resume where we left off and can possibly start holding local tournaments in the future (assuming things keep going well).

Address and information is there. They hosted a tournament (that I won) this past Saturday out here in SoCal.
Boobiebombs is another user here and in our DOA Skype chat (cooly guy). He's also offered his place for offline casuals recently. He lives in Pasedena and plays on the PS3. He really wants to get casuals going (whether it's at his place or somewhere else), so at the moment, we have three places to play. Zach's, BB's and 1337Lounge (for stream exposure and local tournaments and any other type of events).

ah okay. cool. how often have you guys been doing casuals, lately? and how many people been showing up? any more regulars? (i want all da details. i thought that Lounge was where you did the tourney. i would need someone to pick me up until the end of this month if we go to Boobiebombs or the other place though. haven't gotten my car yet but will at the end of the month.
Last Saturday was the last time we actually had an offline gathering. So you haven't missed out on anything, other than that. We're planning to get things afloat again with all the good news now. If you want to host casuals at your place, that will be great. It's closer for everyone else.

I think we can start getting casuals next week, since BOTB3 is this weekend (on the train heading to San Jose now as we speak). Unless you're going to get something together with Air Gear, Dii Bell and Boobiebombs this weekend? It would work for you guys all the same.

Nigga you better superman dat ass across town and make it out, LOL. A lot of us are going to this event (even some NorCal folk), you should be there too. It's a very good opportunity for us and DOA.

A probable SoCal DOA5 Tournament will be held at the http://www.1337loungelive.com/ again on Friday which will be located in North Hollywood, CA. If you're in the area and interested in participating or just hanging out, msg me and I will give you the details including the location of the studio site. Otherwise, the DOA segment will be starting around 9:00 pm PST.
