I kind of agree with iHajinShinobi about Sarah she isn't the amazing character people praise her to be, yes she's solid but she's indeed overrated and Hitomi is somewhat underrated too she is better than people give her credit.

After some re-analyzing, I have my top 10. However, I don't have Marie Rose on my list yet because I have no experience or knowledge of her outside of what some people told me so I won't list her yet until I see more or be hands on with her.

You're basically putting yourself in the "rise" animation from ducking guard to standing guard. During this period you're immune to standing throws, you block mid strikes and crush high strikes.

Odd thing about fuzzying is that while I know 33 is faster than holding guard and pressing 2, when I do 33 I get hit by mid strikes.

Are you holding guard and then pressing 33 or are you pressing 33 and immediately pressing guard thereafter? I don't think I've ever fuzzyguarded correctly now that I think of it.

You hit 33 first, then hold guard immediately afterwards. If I'm wrong, hopefully someone will correct me.

It's 33 then hold 4 or 33 then hold H.

33 then hold 4 is for characters who have a mid parry.

I really fail to see why Momiji should be in the C's. She's literally well-balanced. Plus, she has a lot of decent match ups against the characters. Imo, she's every bit of an upper mid (at the least) to high tier character. Very solid.

Faster, way better mix-ups, better spacing, better crushes, etc. and only marginally less damage output.

He may not look as cool as Hayabusa, but functionally, he's much stronger.

He's got the Raijin which is pretty similar. But yeah, Hayabusa being the lowest tiered ninja is pretty laughable. He should be up there with Ayane >.
