For the fuzzy Guard part, Does this way more applicable? While press guard(H) then press 33,cause if you press 33h or 334, you got release the guard button first, and that's might be unsafe while dealing with the opponent's attack.

Fuzzy guards activate in minimal frames making you pretty safe from attack when utilized correctly. Fuzzies are used in situations where you'd have to deal with a mix-up anyway.

No, because then you're just crouching from guard which is 5 frames unless a high attack comes and it's 1 frame.

33H or 334 is the way to perform a fuzzy guard.
