I was more than a bit surprised by that. Last time we played, his Christie wrecked me in all the wrong ways. I guess he just couldn't find his rhythm before the final rounds. That, or I got good at hitting his JAKs with 4P.

Still, looking forward to the next tournament.

Alrighty! We successfully held our first weekly tournament for DOA5U at A&C WORLD! Was a very fun event despite a couple DQ's due to people not being available in time for their matches. Anyways, I hope to run these weekly tournies as much as possible so do feel free to drop by at A&C on Wednesdays! Hopefully we may get some stream time in the future!

Small heads up that the final tournament of the year at A&C WORLD, FINAL IMPACT 3 will be taking place on December 14th, 2014.

Details will follow closer to the date!

I encourage every Toronto & GTA DOA player to come out for this event. It's supposed to be epic!

Venue: Ontario Science Centre (770 Don Mills Rd, Toronto, ON)
Doors open at 9AM
Registration starts at 9AM- 2PM (Tournaments will commence once the TD is ready)
Venue Fee: $25
Entry Fee: $10
All games are: Best 3 out of 5 sets
Double Elimination Format
Recommended Health setting: NORMAL health (300 HP)
Note: Dojo stage banned
Time Limit: 60 seconds
Character Lock for Winner only

Got another weekly tournament ran today. Small, yet sweet group. Pikachu's Salty's Hayate tore things up tonight! Some really tight matches amongst the Top 4 placers. Congrats to Salty for runners up!
