been in the doa community for going on 9 years... since the beginning of DOA2U technically ... I played DOA before then but wasn't that serious about it. I disappeared for awhile though from about 2010 to late 2011 lol

Yep.

It means I got fifth place in a four man bracket. Literally.

Like to think I've come a ways since then.
don't worry, bayman came from humble beginnings too. as a child, he was once picked last in dodgeball...

once.

Had no experience to playing any DOA besides DOA1 in an arcade 1 time and completely hated it. Tekken 2 and Virtua Fighter 2 were hot in the arcades at the time so those were my go to games. Then I got an xbox 360 and DOA4 for my 16th birthday in '06 and started playing online heavily. Joined DOAC. Joined many online tournaments and competed in offline tournaments. Disappeared from the community from '09-''11 only to come back this year and see that DOAC has fallen off and that a trio of DOA sites were created. It's crazy how a bunch of the people still remember me from the community whether I run into them on live or on here. I definitely remember most of y'all haha.

Started playing DOA2HC in '02 with a friend, then just time trial and survival. Been posting on forums since '05 (neoseeker). Met and played Berzerk! in '05 at a convention.

Ordered a US version of DOA4 (was delayed here 2 months because of the patch) and was playing that online pretty heavily trying to build the aussie scene. I would of met Nashias and Etherrain online within the first few weeks of the game's release.

Only really started learning how to actually play fighters around '06.
