Oh dear, I might have jumped the gun for being pretentious. I guess I'll keep it simple and elucidate to articulate my ramble.
Kokoro is a lady I'm obviously infatuated with as a female character. Ladylike, cute, gentle, friendly, dedicated, hardworking, and graceful. Usually those are my ideal ladies aside from girls like Asuka Kazama, Seong Mi-na, and Sakura Kasugano. All happen to be tomboyish. I'm sometimes hesitant to think lustful thoughts of Kokoro unlike those tomboyish ladies.
I rarely say I want some character who doesn't exist, to bear my children. In a way it is pretty platonic. Even if she were taken and happened to exist in real life, I'd still say to her "I wouldn't mind having a family with you." In a way, it's a sugarcoated way to say I'd have sex with her because I love her personality. Aesthetically wise, she's pretty much an asian cousin to Tifa Lockheart prettied up.
She pretty much represents the ideal lady I actually would aim to chase in real life. However, the reality is I may only get a lady who is suffering for. Until then, I don't mind having a harem with my tomboyish ladies despite being married to Kokoro. It's merely a fantasy just like I wish I was like Yoshimitsu, a hero who saves the weak while being awesome.
So you see, it's platonic to say to Kokoro "you can be my wife". It just means she tickles my fancy. Hope this clears things up.

Yeah, that's not platonic love. Any time you involve sex, even related to "personality," it's not platonic.

Sex may sound bad for a platonic relationship, but it really isn't if you're willing to have two bodies join as one.
There's such thing as harboring platonic love yet being in love. Love has no logic, I just humbly believe you can't have a healthy relationship without sex with only the person you love lol. Kokoro exceeds my standards as wife material as a female video game character.
By all means you can school me in literature like your a bible extremist, but that's where things get silly to me. I don't like being by the book with the logic "this is how it should be". Sounds dogmatically boring. Sure we should be by the book like fighters to frames, but we shouldn't let it dictate what we want to fight like.
However if you don't agree, then I guess we can set up a PM with just the 2 of us.

I'm not telling you "how it should be," I'm explaining what the definition of platonic love entails. It's like me saying "I have a cat. It's a German Shepard." You would say "No, it's not." Same thing here. Everything you describe is not a platonic love. That's English, not some interpretive aspect of moral relativism.
