I'd be interested to see how many of those 138 are bikinis, as I'm sure it's a large percentage.
And we all know that if Tengu had made it in, he'd have been shafted the most and been given one extra costume. Ein without his full-length trenchcoat is a travesty. Unless I've missed it somewhere, but i don't think so.

If people are worried about costume count for the guys then lets add what everyone wants, regardless whether you use it or not. It may not have use to you, but the others it can.
Besides, I bet not everyone uses all the girl's costumes. So the same principle can be applied. Another man's trash is another man's treasure.

Due too my luv for the DOA Girls I usually don't every play dudes, But while I'm sure they'll never get the same ammount of costumes as the girls (and anyone who thinks that or hope so is just wasting their breath and sense) I do hope they get a nicer amount of costumes. Although they did improve from the past I'll give them that
But enough with the male lusting, lets talk about the shortage of costumes as a whole. I mean if the costumes already shown are the final on disc costumes then I will be pissed that everyone only got 1 or 2 new costumes

What I really WANT!
1. Better Netcode
2. No freezing in Looby Matches
3. no Lobby bug = You cant join a lobby even they could 2 players join. It appears a black screen
4. I hope we can play 4 vs 4 ONline Tag Mode without too much lagging. ( I need a partner for tag on 360 )
5.Costumes
but its too hard for TN to make it. They really good at making 20 - ?? bikinis for females -_-

The best way they can prioritize the guys up is to have a separate and dedicated design team exclusively working on them. Sure, they are not the target audience of this series but they are at least trying to reach out to gamer girls, gaymers and other gamers who usually use a male as their main.

Always remember: Quality > Quantity. Most female outfits are shitty fetish stuff anyways. Do you really want this and bikinis for guys? You are already complaining about Ein`s red pants/chains. I hate every outfit Rachel has, except for her default (NG) one. So she has only one in my world.
I would gladly take just two costumes for each character if they were extremely well done (lets say a battle and a casual one).
In my opinion the guys (except for Zack maybe) got more badass/reasonable outfits, thus the better ones.

I suppose bikinis take less time to make, and so are easier to churn out pack after pack.
I always loved those costumes. The black leather preorder pack reminded me of them, which is why I'm getting them. They should do something like this for each character.I hope these return, but DOA themed rather then xbox

It's just right that all of the guys get their fair share to begin with, regardless whether it applies to everyone or not.
Besides, the new characters lack what the old ones had from vanilla 5.
One can choose to play Ein's red pants and chains normally without thinking any malice at all if they want to.
