3. The one character that Hayashi has personally wanted to add to DOA5 for a long time. Ryo Hazuki

There would be too many spiky-haired guys in 5UA if they added Ryo up. Best to just give his iconic costume to Akira.

Tengu - Heavily requested and already has a moveset/models etc.
or
Yaiba - For promotion of NGZ. Although the difference in art styles makes it difficult to include him.
or
Another VF character - Cos TN seems to love them.

Its not gonna be a sega character.. theyve already posted the copyrights for the arcade and it only covers vf+ the 4 characters already in the game.. ryo isnt in..neither is any other vf or Sega character

As for yaiba.. i doubt it.. he relies heavily on his sword play n has a fucking grappling hook in his arm.. he would be way too much work with what little budget they have

Its gonna be an already made character.. tengu seems most logical.. but it could be raidou .. or *cough* genra > __>

Hoping for not another guest character. This leaves the likely candidates of:

1. Tengu: TN also said he would return in a sequel along with Ein/Leon after vanilla version landed I think. I can see it happen if they port his DoA 4 version with minimal tweaking/additions like Ein and call it a day.

2. Yaiba: makes sense from a marketing standpoint to include him. Technically a spin off NG character so he would most likely stay in the series for sequels unlike guest characters.
