About Phase-4 outfits, actually I like all of them. In addition, I don't knof if you noticed it but the classic red/black Alpha outfit got a nice restyling with what seem to be the addition of more details. I'm definitely curious to see it in an HQ picture 
For me Phase-4 outfits' pattern seems to be a dark/serious theme. Personally I think that TN could end to use many good ideas for her vestiary, also in the case they should decide to give her casual ordinary outfits not related to her MIST background.

The only DLC costume I see possible is the white/red recolor of the Kasumi Alpha default from Dimensions and possibly another version of Ayane's training dummy suit. (doesn't her default C1 bodysuit already resembles it?)
They might give her veiled costumes but beyond that, I doubt she'll be given swimsuits or casual costumes. Giving her something like that kinda feels like adding more for Kasumi's wardrobe even if Phase 4 is a separate entity.

That has now been resolved with (1) 2H+P OH option and (2) 6P+KK highly-delayable string no one ever knows about.

Some much needed options obviously. Just what we needed to help with some annoying characters.

For some reason it bugs me that, if you take a closer look, both suits are an exact(!) copy of Ayanes C2
just with a scarf added and the flower pattern on the black armor parts changed to a more camo military design I guess.
These were Alphas outfits in previous games (which isn't correct actually cauz Kasumi had them in DOA2 and other games as well), but I think it would have been nice so see a totally new red and black ninja suit exclusively for her, instead of copying the outfit files from Ayane, don't you think? Looks like TN can't get their hands off from the copy & paste buttons xD
I like her cape outfit. Looks cool.
A totally new ninja suit, maybe in shabby form (like her scarf), actual remakes of her black and red suit, would have been nice. I think a new character deserves it.

When it comes to Phase-4, I'm totally fine with just using her cloak. Just makes her look more mysterious and bad ass. But I wonder if the "customization" for her C1 and C2 cloak outfits are being able to fight without the hood. If so, then hood on all the way! And let's hope it stays glued to her head like Eliot's cat ears hood. Lol

Right but Jyakotu is saying will the hood stay up or will it get knocked down during the fight.
Edit: I'm gonna say it stays up and you can customize it to go down. Otherwise, there's no way it wouldn't get knocked down during this fight with MR:

team ninja was basically like "oh we're going to add another clone" and there was mild disappointment at first until we've seen her movelist, there basically was no reason to add her other then to have a new character which the gesture was nice
capcom hyped a character for 9 months trolling the entire fanbase and what did we get a complete copy paste character with the only new edition is teleports
