Gen Fu and Ayane are both dumb characters. Let's all switch to Bass.

Bass is actually a lot stronger than he looks. Despite his speed, he can fuck you up pretty easily if you're not careful. He is an absolute offensive beast. But yeah, GenFu, lol. Ayane is pretty balanced mostly.

I know what you mean Luca.

Also, JEFFFCORE!!!!

Bass is a beast if played right. His guaranteed combos and punishers are nothing to laugh at...

Not to mention that Bass is also a vortex machine. 6-Frame advantage grab, and gets the Pick-up off of pretty much any hard knockdown that doesn't knock the opponent to far away. Don't even bother trying to Wake-up kick him either unless you'd like to get chucked off a cliff.

Yeah, but he's not Gen Fu.

Anyways, I succumbed to the urge to netplay again. Somehow a 6K hit me between Sarah's P and 6P. I though PSN netplay could be better than XBL. #rip

Oh. You serious? @Jefffcore, I remember having you on my friends list when my gamertag was Neo Seeker X, you played a mean Jann Lee in DoA4 days. It was be cool to face you in person.

"And yes :genfu: & :ayane: > All. They make an unusual team of Dirty Old Man + Former Jailbait. xD"
Lmao
Oh sweet, I remember you. I sent you a friend request.

Also, JEFFFCORE!!!!
Yup :p. I've been re learning Mila for the last couple weeks, figured I might as well go.

GGs to everyone at Northern Battles XI today. Some awesome matches went down that were both intense and fun to watch. Wish we could've gotten more stream time, but there were many games to cover this evening. Congrats to Sandman for runners up and to Jefffcore for securing the victory, and hope that today's *ahem* "experience" didn't make him hate DOA5 further lol. That was seriously one fucked up Grand Finals...

Top 3

1. Jefffcore
2. Force of Nature
3. Sandman

Here's a stream of the event http://www.twitch.tv/torontotoptiers/b/517643416 (Starts at about: 5:12:00)

Not sure yet, but probably around 2PM-ish on the Sunday. Anyways, Toryuken is indeed the next TTT tournament so the hype train officially begins NOW!!

Good games to everybody at NB. Since Jefffcore might not come back, I want to say thanks for the match. Considering how few people play her, chances are I'll never face another Mila player again, let alone a good one, so it was fun to be able to play against you.

well, i'm a huge pickle
Two tournaments i want to join are going at the exact same time and i've been practicing just as hard for both of them(doa5u and skullgirls)

You can still participate at both tournaments at the same time. Just let the Tournament Directors know that you're playing another game at the same time so that they can try to not schedule your matches to coincide with each other. I did that at TFC last fall for DOA5U & SCV.
