Technically, MIST never really failed, per se, Ultimate Kasumi Alpha DID do the one thing not even the most badass fiends could do...equal Ryu Hayabusa and knock him out for a little while(unless you wanna count Doku at their first meeting, but I literally don't know if Ryu was a weak kitten or he was that unprepared).

Well one, Phase 4 is a CLONE of someone, that takes precedence over what they know because it's obvious what they know to the person they are cloned from, so it's mainly a clone, not a ninja clone.

Two, I have no PS4 and I'm stuck out of online so I don't know.
