Personally, I don't find ridiculously huge breasts attractive...at all, but the artwork is pretty damn good.

I'm sure that the wanted effect is not to make appear Hitomi's breasts attractive, rather to make them grotesque on purpose to ridiculize/tease this side of the DoA female characters (that by the way had a bigger chest in DoAX2 and not currently). But in any cases the artwork is really good.
As an artist you usually don't put so much work and dedication into an illustration, that is meant to ridicule something. I can sense, that the artist liked, what he drew.
