hm which files exactly are you swapping? Are those the only ones where you see a crash?

I swap some files, one per one, but all the files crashes the game, also i have to copy te game.exe file before use the program because it doesn't start
This seems really a pretty smart way to accomplish it, if possible this mean that any kind of swapping between the characters is possible thanks to the free slot of Hayabusa, right? By the way I'm not sure to what is "Ink_reshuffle", could you give me more details about, please?
I'm going to ask it directly to Team NINJA (just for knowing what color options I have for an eventual design for Alpha), if I get an answer I will post it.

Yes, anyone can use hayabusa's face, so anything can be injected and used there. Another good option, but not as good as hayabusa's head, is raidous faces. he has 6 of them(1 for each default costume). So if your not fond of that character you could steal a couple heads from him.
Yeah, the ---C file contains her affects. but it only works in the select screen like the screen shot in my previous post
even though her swimwear has its own texture, it is overwritten by the --C files effect. once you select the stage and match begins to load, the game crashes. it seems if that --C file is used on any body or hair not belonging to alpha, it crashes :/
did you modify it's textures? and does it crashe to the main menu? if so, that means you have to press the TMC-.TMCL button in texture tool before injecting.

I wanna do marie rose loose hair, also i change the TMC and TMCL from kasumi hairstyle but the game crashes when i select the costume with the hair
Then i change the colour of the kasumi loose hair to blond with texture tool and swap with ink reshuffle but also crashes the game :/

maybe if I have time on the weekend I'll make one.
are you using reloaded exe? are you using the latest version of texture tool with the TMC->TMCL button? this one

When extracting files from DLC 358143 ,I jut found out that TN has already made a ninja costume for Alpha152 but they decided not to make it in game (Codename: Unknown),So I decide to use DLC tools to pack it and it works like charm
Alpha152 model remind me a lot of how SF X TEKKEN works,hue green texture for the customize color

It was released as Ninja Pack Vol 3.

are you using the cracked .exe & .dll as explained in the readme?
You can't replace the game.exe after the swap.

Some experimenting with alpha, still trying to get swaps to work,as a result, I created some new colours
also found out swaps work in command training, but after completing the first comand, game crashes
if anyone wants the --C files for those colours, here they are

well its sort of easy to change her colour, but the results are always a surprise. I just typed random things/copy and paste hex into the --C files with a hex editor, and what ever colours come out, comes out.
