- Phase 4 being a Kasumi clone was as obvious as space having no sound.

- Nyotengu being a Bankotsubo clone was mainly due to those fans wanting him(or his style atleast) back

- You got a point with Honoka atleast(since regardless, Raidou in DOA1 and Dimensions was like her before DOA5 revamped him)

And 2 of those 3 atleast have different mechanics then being straight clones(hell, so does Honoka since she actually does have style changes)

So you demonstrated that I am correct that past Marie Rose other was no effort put into move sets. Even Momiji and Rachel are just borrowed move sets with a unique signature move thrown in.

They have cloned move sets with a single unique mechanic to mix it up but that's it.

Well, KT didn't exactly announce who the DLC characters were when they announced they'd be making DLC. Marie was the first, and despite being largely unoriginal in a broad sense, her assets were new in regard to DOA. There was no reason at the time to suspect that immediately following her would be the least inspired and most unapologetic cop-out possible.

So actually, I find what I said completely fair.

How does that excuse it? Could have been a new character as part of the storyline instead. Or at least just made phase a costume for kasumi instead of wasting a character slot.

NyoTengu is going to be a platinum seller compared to this Samurai Warrior character. I will wait to see how she plays before I get even more vocal than I am now. I am sure XcalibuBladeZ will use her and make people think differently. But my opinion will be hard to change based on the initial impression of being from Koei universe alone.

I think you mean Lolita, not Loli. Also Gracia is pretty loved character (one of the most popular in Samurai Warriors) so I don't think she'd get hate.

Besides her archetype is one that is a fan favorite.

The character is an awful choice. While there are 'better' choices in Samurai Warriors, a character from the TN stable or a brand new character would have been immensely superior here. I'm not happy but I also don't blame TN for KT meddling at the corporate level.

I think they are going to add a Dynasty Warriors girl after Naotora. If the choice is based off the top 10 most liked characters in the series, it should be between Wang Yuanji (2), Diaochan (5), and Guan Yinping (6)

They would probably choose Guan Yinping as she is one of the games strongest characters in Dynasty Warriors (despite her small frame). Although Wang Yuanji and Diaochan are more iconic.

Yeah the ones that tend to bicker are going to be the same people that either doesn't remember on what the previous games have done before (unless if their newcomers) if anyone remember Kasumi, Ayane, & Kokoro ages maybe something that these users should be questioned on how did they feel about the previous games (even DOAX2 having pole dancing which normally would be questioned) if they're really concern if DOA is turning into a pedo game, or just saying this stuff when in reality doesn't know part of fashion cultures that is associated with Marie Rose or Lucky Chloe (Tekken) maybe even freak out when they don't look or act like what they associate on how old the character is since their only use to the fully developed & more grown up characters like Chun-Li, Cammy, Nina Williams, Juila Chang, Tina, Helena, & Christie (DOA).

First of all, I'm not expecting for people to even have common sense or even coming up a proper reason. I was just stating on what part of the people are going to be in comment sections since when they see another young-looking character are going to be bickering, considering on how people on internet normally act. Part of it was just coming from someone who looks through & certain times respond in the comments from Eventhubs & here. I wasn't trying to yell at the clouds or sound like being overly emotional, but if your trying to tell Me that I'm wasting time even talking about them I do apologize and should just not get in the middle of all the drama.
