Yeah, they have to downgrade her and strip her of the soft engine and stuff which will probably delay her PC release for 1-2 weeks.

What if they did it the other way around and make her first for pc then add in the soft engine stuff? Im sure she'll be delayed fpr pc either way since TN clearly dont care for the master race.

They could but let's be real here, PS3 and PC aren't top priority so TN just renders her with the PS4's soft engine assets and releases her then they downgrade her model to fit PC. It's not much a sacrifice since the PC modders have made some pretty good skin shaders and effects, I saw a gallery on E-hentai the other day that definitely showed that modders can do it themselves
