It looks like one of those old fashioned short sleeved kenpo outfits they wear in the kung movies, Jann has a costume like it but with long sleeves.

I don't know what to say. Some of these designs are really good. Some of the best that have ever won any of these contests. But the majority are so random, obscure and poorly designed.
I'll grab a handful. I dunno exactly what I was expecting, but it wasn't this.

Huh? I would think Sarah would get a sailor outfit since Tina got one and to my knowledge they are counterparts. Like Jann Lee and Jacky having similar outfits 2 years ago (the super hero outfits)
