God damn Leifang looks amazing in that, I'm not sure but there's some kind of 90's feeling to it that I really like not to mention the textures look good and shiny. I don't really play Leifang but I'm tempted to just from that one outfit.

Everyone knows Lei always gets the sluttiest outfits. XD And my DOA waifus are:
Only Naotora and Phase could really pull it off, Naotora has the legs and looonnnggg pigtails for it and Phase is a darker Kasumi so it'd suit her. Marie Rose....no thanks XD, her cop outfit is enough, and Mai in her cheerleader outfit is enough for me.

I never said that slut in this case was negative tho, I wouldn't classify anyone in my character pool as a slut bar maybe Mai, but I do have a tiny niche for slutty girls anyway, that and bitchy, loudmouth, and ghetto ones. Nyo is also a major slut but I love her. I'm just not surprised they gave Lei this since she always seems to show quite a bit of skin, her LR preorder, tropical DLC, last Halloween 2015 outfit, and several more show that she's alot more revealing than most of the other girls, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Also, Phase 4 wouldn't use anything skimpy just because she is evil Kasumi, Phase 4 is not even evil, she is just unable to disobey her orders to kill, therefore living in conflict and being an eternal edgelord. But otherwise, she shares the exact same personality as Kasumi.
About the Costumes, i actually like Hitomi's, i don't know, i feel like simple stuff suits her very well.
And Leifang got something revealing, and she gets stuff like that all the time, i'm not sure how this fits her character, but it is something i noticed before!

She may be a KT owned character but she still is a guest character, its highly unlikely she'll get one.
Knowing you, you're going to say you hope she will get something regardltess, but thats clearly just you being in denial over the fact that she likely wont
.She's been in the last few packs, and you have to remember that even though she's a guest, she's still from KT which is the same general IP DOA is in, so they have alot more freedom to give her DLC than you think. Yes, she gets more costumes than the other guests because TN has more freedom to use her since KT owns her home series like they own DOA but that does not mean she is a DOA girl.Face realities; she IS a GUEST and WILL NOT get crossover costumes nor will she likely come back for doa6.
