First part of famitsu interview up on their site... no direct mention of Mila. Maybe the "reveal" they mentioned on the magazine cover was referring to the 4 newest characters already revealed online.
Anyway Hayashi says there's a new character besides Rig with a unique appeal that Shinbori thinks will bring in new fans. Shinbori says the fighting style is similar to a character they took out. Maybe Mila isn't a boxer or there's someone else?
Also mention you can unlock costumes online, and you shouldn't expect too many costumes since it's a new game from the ground up. If you want sexy costumes, there will be DLC because it wasn't a priority for the team to put on the disc. Japanese are mad at Hayashi as usual

I struggle to call Leon's style Sambo,in DOA4 he was basically a very heavy hitting stryker but goddam was it beast now we got a 50/50 chance to get it back and better, I'm so hyped.I reall think there gonna go the Leon route on this one.

its obviously leon they're referring to no way they'll have another female karate character when they already have hitomi. unless they're referring to tengu . its bittersweet for me, i still would rather have leon himself as playable but if his style lives on through a badass redneck looking tomboy chick who walks around in plaid flannel shirts and jeans then so be it. my secondary(potential primary) main is all but confirmed now

You really should give TN more credit than that. If so called "clones" were so frowned upon, Ein and Leon wouldn't be in such high demand to come back, they are in high demand because they AREN'T clones and have their own unique style of play, unique enough for you to prefer that character.
just wait until you see Mila, I'm 100% certain she'll have her own unique style but with just enough similarities to whatever character that you are able to notice it.
