Yagyuu got kinda creepy at times though. I wouldn't mind if when the brainwash was gone, she'd still have feelings for Hibari...she just wouldn't be as creepy about it...
i just want them to be canon okay this is my otp at this point

She doesn’t know how to control it so it wouldn’t be on purpose, she even had a little storyline in..I think it was shinovi versus? about how she thought people being nice to her was her accidentally using her kagan and she wished someone would yell at her when she screwed something up.

As for Yagyuu’s infatuation for Hibari...isn’t it a little creepy to begin with? She attached herself to Hibari because she reminded her of her little sister who died and she wanted to protect her. Yada yada flanderization yada now she wants to do her, it’s kinda weird

Yagyu is creepy and obsessive at times definitely, not sure it being a mind control the whole time is good though, she needs to just calm it. Maybe though it will work out well if once the mind control goes away she's more chilled out in general.

I have genuinely no idea what warranted this reaction, was just telling you more about her kagan since you’ve said before you’ve only played EV and I don’t remember them talking about it at all in that game

2nd paragraph wasn’t even directed at you but @everyone since it’s something I thought about before and the subject of Yagyuu’s feelings for Hibari came up

I asked the woman about the money and she completely forgot XD luckily she said if I come in to church this coming Sunday she'll have my money. If it turns out to be another lapse of memory I'll just either wait for this place to hire me and buy the game myself or I'll just tell my snobby aunt that my grad money was never paid back and ask her for it, she always has money and I never ask so either way I'll have it within 1 to two weeks

I'm actually disgusted with myself, this is the first time since when Mai debuted as DLC that I couldn't get what I wanted right away, except in this case it's because I lent money that wasn't returned when I wanted. That 50 dollars was gonna get me the game and the extra 15 was for DLC. This is why I hate giving people money >.>

Hibari does seem annoyed by Yagyuus obsession with her, at least EV seemed to imply that. So if this brainwashing plot happens it'd probably not be voluntary, as creepy as Yagyuu gets (especially in her menu system voice phrases) it's cute to me

Marvelous EU's community manager isn't exactly a reliable source, as counter-intuitive as that sounds. Yagyu4k (what he goes by online) has made a good number of claims that haven't come to fruition, and a couple that have turned out to be outright wrong as far as we know. In addition, as to the Kagan claim, Haruka pretty explicitly dismissed that possibility in SV, stating that there's no way Hibari could use it for such an extended period of time, let alone unconsciously. It is worth noting that he's a huge Yagyuu fan who, if I recall correctly, has come to dislike how she's devolved to obsessing over Hibari.

I do not mean to say that he is untrustworthy, as he's been a pretty big help in other matters not involving giving us the 'inside scoop,' but I wouldn't take what he says about where the series is going too seriously.

Yeah, that's pretty much standard with leaks in general really.

Personally, I like her infatuation. It's actually part of why I like her, Yagyuu has her waifu and she's ready to attack and protect much to Hibari's shagrin.

Her using her powers to accidentally brainwash Yagyuu would be an interesting twist but that doesn't explain why Haruka is almost as obsessed with her. Sound like a bad idea especially since they already explained that Yagyuu is so protective of her because she looks like her dead sister.

On the subject of PBS; the story mode is a lot longer than I expected, i lik how it even continues after finishing each team's individual chapters and is told in a way that doesn't reveal which team actually won. Like all the previous games I played however, it just drags on way too much and while each level is really short, its also really repetitive.

Also, does anyone bother to use extra cards to level up powers and pets or just characters and guns?
