No it really didn't. It only had like an extra 7-8 to unlock out of a huge wellspring of others you had to buy still.

Alienating fans... for goodness sake, play DOA Quest, that's where you get most of the pieces from in the first place!

Come on this is getting ridiculous people. I understand the frustration of random costume pieces but it's like saying Tekken is alienating fans by making you get the costumes from Treasure Battle and only Treasure Battle, which need I remind you, is also completely random.

I hated it there too.
I don't know why they felt the need to copy the worst parts of other fighting games.

If you could at least apply the patterns to specific costumes you want it’d be perfectly fine. The big issue is the randomness.

Am I imagening things or does Hayate have a out of proportion sized head compared to body on this costume:

No idea how the it works in VF4 Evo, I read from a magazine before, the writer have to play 100 matches in Survival to get Sarah Bryant's bunny ears. I'm assuming she playing as Sarah.

I'm guessing the complaint is more on playing a character and winning something for another character, probably a disliked character. lol

Injustice 2 worked the same way. Can't remember for the previous Tekken games if it's for a random character.

Yeah I agree with this, the worst part is doing a quest that gives you 400 only to waste it on the 100/200 costumes... And replaying the mission doesn't reroll

I'm going to get home and see if I can't exploit this "Fight Again" thing I discovered this morning. If I can find a mission that pays out 500 and spam it to unlock everything just using that one mission I think I'm down for the coffee filled grind.

didnt work for me either.

Ive switched to only doing the quests with 2-300 parts to hopefully unlock the cheaper costumes first without wasting the better 4-500 missions, but its not going well.

Unlocks should not be completely RNG in any game

Like I said before and again, I do agree that it's an issue and there needs to be alternatives and to not make it random.

My issue is when people try and act like that Quest Mode won't be updated(when there are hints that it will), it's EA level nonsense(it's not, they would have made you pay for them at the start) or other such nonsense.

DOA Quest mode is insanely fun right now and I am surprised because I was expecting it to be super boring so I have no problem opening things this way but I hope they update it fast because i have only 30 missions left...

I have gotten lucky enough that the 200-300 point quests have gone to the lower cost costumes. Can’t be too upset yet.

got about a quarter through quests and not a damn stitch for Lisa

which sucks - but i'm still enjoying the quest grind as someone who's always had holes in my game - feels like its doing me good. but i can imagine itd be a chore for better players.

Mental its random though.

I don't think the wrestling costumes are even part of the season pass. They were part of the Digital Deluxe Edition. I guess they will be soon available for everyone else as well and very likely individually too.

Not sure if it's a specific Quest mode mission or if it's tied to general account leveling, but you'll get Lisa's red lab coat as a set drop fairly early.
