Maybe I'm wrong lacking of the knowledge, but I suppose that the real meaning of the ban is not avoid to show such outfits in the streaming - because for the most they are already not used - rather is to send a message to TK, thing that for obvious reasons can be done from the players but not from Team NINJA.
