    DOA2 ost is good, but the Dimensions mixes really did them even better. Specially Tehu Tehu and Tina theme

    I like both versions, the dimensions mix is more techno and upbeat, the original is slower and more orchestral, both have their appeal and I can't say I vastly prefer one over the other

    yeah, that's right. Also we can say that DOA2 OST have a more early 2000-vibe, while Dimensions adapted it into a more "modern" sound. At least, as actual as it could be in 2010 :p

    i think that, aside the last round update, the only DOA stuff left in 360 4 me are the 1st DOA5Alpha demo & (if exists) a DOA4 beta build

    i hope DOA6 (or DOA5LR, if it still ve stuff to come) could have + tecmo chars into the mix; Touki Denshou Angel Eyes, tecmo wrestling, etc

    if they were to crossover with Tekken, who would they pick? Mishima's are a given for other games but we all know it'll likely be a female.

    I'd love to see Asuka she has the schoolgirl appeal, her parries and defensive play style would actually work in DOA and she is one of the more popular ones.

    Think it's more of a Harada-case since he'd pick the characters when he was asked about Project X Zone and DOA awhile back.

    If it's DOA, he'd probably pick Jin, Xiaoyu, Asuka, and Heihachi.

    @Camel with 2 thumbs DOA5 vanilla is the one with the blue health bars. This one cannot update to DOA5LR.

    "DOA5U" is the version that can receive the DOA5LR update. Though why wouldn't you update is beyond me.

    i haven't update it because every single time i have tried it it doesn't work and i've to delete all catalogs and the update to play ultimate, off line only :(

    Oh yeah I remember that... some people had that issue... it was infuriating as all hell....

    Thats exactly how learned about the removing the update trick in the first place.

    Nice, glad to see that company is still trying to put on a good show. Kind of sucks that they're essentially working from scratch at this point since the new management took over last year (essentially rightfully killing off the TNA brand).

    yep. well, a good thing to say is Impact surely is a survivor-like company; they survive dixie, they survive hogan/bischoff, they survive the jarrets... and now they're up and away!

    It's better this way. Carter, Jarrett, Hogan, and Bischoff were hurting the company with their direction. Particularly Carter (and to a lesser extent Hogan and the rest). They should strive for TNA-circa 2005 before Vince Russo and management focused on trying to push older or past-their-prime "stars".

    oh, context; i recently return to play DOA after almost a year later (when i got a copy of DOA5LR last weekend) in PS4 to finally play with Mai, as a personal dream of mine (since 2004 aprox) was to play in a game with DOA and fatal fury characters, specially Mai and Kasumi. So, this survival match was my first game with both of them, so that's why it was a dream coming true.

    DOA5LR let's you play as Kasumi, Phase 4, Fake Kasumi (the clone from story mode), Kasumi Alpha (3rd-4th Phase4) and Alpha 152. Me: :D!!!

    to being honest, i think that part was only played for the shock value. Then they had to make it fit with the story and that's it. not one hell of a job, but, there it was.

    well, i decided to give DOA5 one more chance with the PS4 port of Last Round. It's good, Dimensions-level of good.
