  • So do ppl actually like having multiple playable characters in Ninja Gaiden? or are there weirdos like me who just wanna play with Ryu and think his harem of sidechicks can fugg off?

    I definitely enjoy playing other characters like Rachel & Ayane, especially from NG Sigma when I get to see Rachel's breast jiggle when she moves, and NG Sigma 2 when you had Dualshock 3 motion control gimmick that you could make the breast jiggle (best way to use motion controls).

    Nothing wrong with having more playable characters. And of course there's no problem with just playing Ryu.
    The Rare Character cycle

    1. lose to a rare character
    2. learn MU in training mode
    3. lose to rare character again because it's been months since you've last seen them and you forgot the MU
    Sonic Colors being remastered for Switch, PS4, and Xbox One? that's...both odd and interesting

    Never played unleashed, or colors, but I keep hearing those are the "good" boost sonic games, which to me will be interesting cause frankly I hate boost sonic, but my only references for boost games are Rush Adventure, Generations, and Forces

    I don't hate Boost Sonic that much but it's polarizing, that's for sure. It's entertaining because of how cinematic and creative the environments can get, but at the same time it's heavily criticized for basically being "press and hold a button to win", which I totally get lol.

    Also, funny you mention SRA, because I felt like the Rush trilogy had the best implementation of the boost style gameplay!

    Unleashed was amazing in my eyes (even with all the glaring flaws) and deserved better review scores because to me, Sonic Team put their entire foot in that game! On the other hand, I hate Colors and think it's the most "white bread" modern Sonic game ever. The gameplay and pacing is wack and the wisps added nothing to the series imo...
    I never knew Tina had an advanced high punch hold, and it does mad damage, over 100 pts on HiC, how come nobody uses it???

    High holds catch more moves (less of a guess), and you got to be pretty fast to catch 9 frame jabs consistently with an expert punch hold.

    pssh, just have a good read on when ppl try to jab and you good

    but then again I play Tamaki and so I try to keep note of that kind of stuff, love landing those advance holds for mental damage

    Yeah, haha. Though I generally don't really play any characters with low or high advanced holds (just mid expert holds). Can catch quite a bit with high holds, low holds, and mid parries.
    I am done with 1st party PlayStation controllers, those things break way too easily, just gonna use my Brook converter with a 360 pad moving forward
    be it by design or a lack of testing; I'm not a huge fan or how garbo anti airs are in 2D fighters lately

    it's a bit more forgiving in games like DBZF and Samsho 2109 where taking to the air is intentionally encouraged, but then you have games like SFV, GG Strive, MK11, games that are supposed to be all about "dat nooch" but then they make anti airing wildly unreliable, it's almost like they want you to just hold up forward

    I mean 6A's were kinda butt in Xrd, but that doesn't I wanted them to be non-existent like they are in Strive, although with the 2nd beta test they said that were buffing anti airs so hopefully we can stop fools from just IAD'ing in all day
    what's the fastest true mid in DOA6? preferably done from a neutral stance

    upon further research I think the answer might be Lisa 4h+k at a whopping i12! that' even faster than old gen fu 3p, dayum

    guess I found my answer, unless there's a i11 true mid in the game which would just be insanity

    if we wanna go into lame technicalities, Ayane's "BT while-rolling stance" 6H+K has *1* startup frame by itself and it happens to hit grounded opponents kek

    I mean if it was 2011 and we were on DOA4 i'd completely agree, but...
    dam, my PS4 controller is going through it; the rubber tip has fallen off the L-stick, the D-pad randomly gets stuck, and the R-stick has started drifting :/

    Get a pair of thumb grips and place one over the worn out thumbstick. As for drift, may need to try clearing out any dust particles or the like from inside the thumbstick trigger area.
    am I the only confused by all this "omg, King got cakes now!" talk in KoF15? ppl been in quarantine way too long

    after some *ahem* research, I can conclude that King in 2D, flat as a door, King in 3D though, it's hard to tell because butt focused shots of her in 3D are non-existent, which leads me back to my original thought of this whole thing being camerawork and not SNK randomly deciding to add some junk to her trunk

    I’ll prove it you simply. Boot up KoFXIV and do Max Mode with King, immediately pause, hide menu.
    Imma call it right now, Street Fighter 6 is gonna be anime as fck with how these final SFV characters are shaping up, and I don't mind that in the slightest :)

    As long as the art design is consistent and don't f-up characters like Chun-Li, it will be ok.
    still miffed that Kasumi gets to have her lows with mad pushback making them tricky to punish, like who's dick did she suck to get that privilege?
    Jann lee has been in these games since the 90's, yet everytime I have the audacity to play him I have no flipping clue what i'm supposed to do with him :/
