    well speak of the devil, they just dropped a season pass, a blaance patch, a new character teaser, and a Switch Port announcement, guess this game ain't as dead as we thought

    but then again this is Arcsys, they can afford to have a few duds on life support, see Granblue Fantasy (which I actually quite enjoyed)

    Strangely as a Tekken fan, I didn't find the newest trailer all that appealing. I was my excited about JP's backstory and lore in SFVI. Also, most excited for star wars: Jedi Survivor and Final Fantasy XVI

    Still waiting to see what T8's USP is, which at this point seems to be some sort of dash cancel which you can use to extend combos, also the talk of destructible environments and the "Heat" mechanic, not really doing it for me :/

    He isnt the worst. Out of all spinjas, he is the strength type spinja. Ryu Hayabusa is all flash but Hayate is what you go to if you wanna get things done and quick. Ask Emery. XP

    Someone has to be the worst, right? Not saying it's him, but then I wouldn't consider myself an expert... maybe depends on the game. I always liked Ein better anyways.

    If you say he's the worst in the first version of DOA6++, you're gonna get Raijin insta-KO'd.

    He's ranked pretty high up there by Japanese players actually. I believe he was top 5 in DOA5LR as well. DOA6 Hayate can still wreck stuff pretty well despite the big 4P nerf he got.

    This COD:MW2 remake.. I haven't seen a FPS in awhile I wanted to play. However that is a throwback

    Capcom and Namco really coming strong with their new fighters and both T8 and SFVI look AMAZING. I just hope the next Soul Calibur gets the same graphical upgrades that Tekken 8 is getting. How long have they been recycling models from SCIV because "they dont have the budget?"

    SCVII is probably a long way off. Probably by the end of gen. 9 (PS5/XSX|S era). SCVI still looks incredible now and is in near 4K on an XBone X or XSX, but yeah, the character models definitely show their age a bit.

    even if we never get another DoA. TN makes pretty nice single player content. Looking forward to Wo Long and Rise of the Ronin

    Those games look clean, it'll be great playing them for sure. I don't think that they'll stop making DOA (fighting) games completely but its going to take a while until we're going to get a new entry in the series imo, with Venus Vacation still going strong, we'll have to wait and see.

    Decided to buy Cyberpunk 2077 and give it a shot. So far, liking the game.

    It's a great game. Played it heavily when it first came out. I built my first character around tech weapons and Cyberware. Didn't really care for the Run 'n' Gun Annihilation type of gameplay but tried it out with a second character.

    Males can't date Judy and Females can't date Pam. Just so you know.

    his girlish appearance vs his quest to prove his masculinity definitely made him stand out amoungst his contemporaries, but now that he's a girl they kinda took away the one thing that made him stand out, quite a shame indeed

    Kimberly in SFVI actually looks pretty cool. I might have to pick her up day one. Haven't seen any crazy tech from the OG characters but the newcomers look fun and stylish

    Boon did say not the expect MK news, but if you boot up MK11, they changed the backdrop of the Retrocade stage to an EVO theme, which is odd considering they formally announced they were done with MK11 months ago and haven't touched it since

    guess only time will tell is this is a sign or Boon is actually telling the truth for once

    Haven't they done that for a previous EVO in which MK11 was a main lineup game? If they did, then they probably just saved the data for them to use it later on (a.k.a this EVO). Also, making something like that doesn't take too much time to do and it'll only stay for a couple of days, iirc ArcSys, for some BBTAG tournaments that they broadcasted, had their own avatar that they used and this was when they were done

    with the BBTAG patches prior to adding rollback into the game (I think there were overall like 3 or 4 patches since the release of 2.0 including the rollback patch as well). Ed Boon might be trolling people right now but I'll be keeping my expectations low regarding MK/Injustice news.
