    There was also a early consensus by a large portion of the competitive community that Alpha was OP. IIRC you weren't actually in the crowd who said that, and so I'm not trying to accuse you of that or anything (in fact, I was actually told a lot of misinformation by top players at that time regarding the issue, and that was before I was smart enough to investigate everything for myself- and thus, I believed them).

    But even that is really not the same thing, as I'm sure everyone is aware. My point is simply that yeah, statistically speaking such an overwhelming reaction should indicate something. And it does indicate something. Certainly. But it's not necessarily what they think it indicates. And that's basically what I was getting at when I mentioned that P4s issues aren't really about P4s issues

    That's not untrue. Some of it is indeed just bad expectations. I do think that there's a little more finesse here, though, with this one, because it's so alarmingly blatant.

    Your skepticism, honestly, is not wrong. Such are the overwhelming sins of the horde that when an actual issue comes up, it is hard to put it in context.

    I'm not pointing fingers Nuke. I don't do that. I'm talking generally. We should have an ample balance of flair and information for our players. Right now, it's like 85% flourish, 15% learning.

    When someone explains why they've held back from doing much more than asking you to stop, you should take the olive branch and avoid provoking them further. I'm all for accepting and moving on but your idea of moving on seems to involve trying to look like an internet badass and getting the last word in. Take your own advice and stop.

I wasn't even aware of the stream situation until you posted your thread. Take the high road and leave things as they are. Choosing your words carefully is a key to getting people to consume and discuss your content.
