I've tried giving it a go several times. Don't like the art style, humor or setting, but the deal killer is really the characters. I don't like any of them. Even in anime that I don't really like overall, there's usually at least one character I develop an affinity for. But not One Piece.
When has that ever been the case? These demos invariably bullshit themselves with five times the graphical fidelity that the ensuing games actually release with. It's always smoke and mirrors.
From your initial post I thought you were referring to SCVI. It doesn't really describe DOA6 very well. If the majority of your defense is relying on meters, you need to work on your fundamentals big time.
With my FG friends? Not really. Some verbal disagreements and debates, but nothing serious where the future of the friendship was in jeopardy or anything.
