    Throw them off with lows as you build up to it. Or just launch them as is with a kick if you know they're countering mid punch. Or throw an extra high for a mix up then try the CB after.     Hmmm, it seems the AI has moves with Christie that we can't do? Is this normal? I can't do the two moves were thought were back: -Christie doesn't connect punch strings after :7::P: -and I don't think she does the double arm launch we thought was back as well. (I couldn't find it in the move list)

    It indeed does. It's my favorite launcher for Akira. On counter or stun, you can easily get a threshold launch with it! :) It's also great mid juggle to keep opponents "up there". It gives good frame advantage on block and it connects well with Akira's sit-down stuns.

    Lol yeah the launch height is amazing on the jf knee. The training dummy is probably set on counter hit though. Also, this can be done in VF5FS near the wall ;) Six more hours, and I get this game. Pity I have some much work to do this week.
