V-Trigger is likely Aegis and it should work like Ibuki's bomb where you can throw out two with one bar. This would allow him to play close to his 3S style (similar to how Guile still plays like Guile). After all, it's Aegis that makes Urien what he is, more than his thong.

Unless there's a tournament mode where everyone is levelled up with all their available gear, or presets are available, gear is going to be banned at tournaments.

That leak list looks highly suspect, even JohnXuandou, who was responsible for the previous leaks on SRK and 4chan says it looks fake.
