    you dont need to know natural combos to advance beyond playing casually, its part of the DOA system so if you want to go pro you will eventually need to come to grips with this. but for the time being you could start just learning the game better... thats what im doing. heck, just being on FSD...

    it could certainly add some context to some of the advanced manuevers, and hopefully it teaches them that each leg of the triangle system has its pros and cons, and that spamming holds will get you KILLED this time around

    could i use it as a response to a string delay if i anticipated my opponent would delay, or does the timing not allow that. also, if i do step a delayed string, will the continuation of the string track me?

    lmao, sorry blaze i was just trolling really. also im automatically biased against adventure games based off superheroes... they tend to cop out, aiming more for fanservice than actual gameplay. note - there are always exceptions... this game may be one of them, i just did not think so

    i think it just comes down to uniqueness vs standardization. a game can be both unique, and still adhere to standards and customs applied by other games in the same genre. the more informed players on FSD realize the need for a few standards to be applied to DOA. the guys griping about the game...
