Spend 2 minutes on youtube finding a video and 5 minutes copying a 100% unlock save and you have alpha on PS3 or Xbox360. Anyone can do this, and it would help TOs unlock other characters like Genfu and Pai without having to play through story mode as well. (Also takes awhile.)
Not seeing anything about this being possible on PS3. I've only seen this video for an Xbox360 save:

I heard that you used to be able to "resign" PS3 saves to work on another account, but it looks like this is no longer possible?

I am not modding. Forget that, I'm gonna do it the hard way. I got 85 titles left to unlock, and I know I can get them.

It's not hard to unlock Alpha, it's just ridiculously time consuming. Took me around 40 hours of grinding.

I haven't unlocked Alpha because honestly it's not on my "to do" list. I haven't even unlocked all(or even half) of the costumes. That'll just come naturally as I play arcade mode with different characters when I'm bored, or play with my cousin(and when I'm tired of the online). I have over 200 titles just from playing online(mostly) so she'll become unlocked when it happens.

I also question why everyone (self included) call ALPHA a she. It's an IT, not a SHE. Maybe because she has boobs. haha.

Ha ha. It's kind of funny how even after you said she's an it, you then call her a she again. I know you said yourself included, but still, kind of funny.

I unlocked her over a week ago, and sadly have not actually spent much time her myself yet. I should get on it. She does seem pretty bad though.

Actually is slightly more complicated, because according to the new canon from Doa Dimensions, Alpha152 is not a generic clone but a mutation of the same female clone protagonist of the previous events of the story, Kasumi-Alpha (however I have not yet completed the story mode of Doa5, so I do not know if this info has been partially changed or explained further).

But yes, lacking of any kind of sexual organ, Alpha 152 shoud be an "it" (but it's hard to ignore its "attributes" XD)

So Alpha-152 is Kasumi Alpha, after further development? I actually didn't know that. That would explain why Kasumi Alpha just kind of disappeared. Good to know, I guess.

"She" refers to gender, not biological sex. You'll often notice people undergoing sex changes will adopt the "other" pronoun while still in the process of their sex change.

Alpha's gender is debatable as it doesn't interact per-se with others, so it's societal preference is unknown (probably indifferent). It could be an "it," but that of course implies that "it" is less than human. While that may be true, it was cloned from humans, and may also be more than human.

Long-story short, I think "it" and "she" are both acceptable. It just depends on perception.

So, Alpha is not banned. Right, guys?

No tournament has unlocked her yet, so she's not playable until then. The more I see her played the more viable she's looking, she's a total glass canon though. Her offense is amazing, highest damage output in the game, but her she dies when she has to defend.
