Unfortunately I think it's going in the opposite direction. We went from the long sleeves+scarf red C1 from the original DOA2, to sleeveless+tight black garment top, to now it looks like (don't know for sure since I can't see it that well) she has Ayane's side-boob net shirt.

No one can tell for now but my guess is on featherweight. I think she might be the same as Alpha-152 since she was used in the transformation process like how Kasumi Alpha was used to transform into Alpha-152.

I don't think we'll see any featherweights aside from 152.

I can't imagine them releasing DLC for P4. Her outfits are pretty straightforward. Anything other than cloaked/throwback Alpha outfits will confuse her with Kasumi.

Featherweight should be reserved for 152. She is an offensive maniac, but her defense is gutter trash so it balances out (in theory). I'm not seeing anything from P4 that screams she must be featherweight because of OP shenanigans so she would likely be in the same weight class as regular Kasumi unsurprisingly.

No #3 is actually a cloakless #1. #4 and #5 are DOAU/D Kasumi Alpha outfits.

It would be awesome if Marie Rose had it too, since she's so small.
Also, Alpha juggles are hilarious. It would be cool to get to do them more often.

It's mostly bug fixes and inconsequential crap. All that stood out to me was Bass got his BT OH back and they nerfed Mila's 7K on guard

More like they resemble Kasumi's negative frames and she is a clone of Kasumi and she will be Kasumi's weight.

i cant help but wonder if Phase 4 will be just a plain better kasumi or if TN would have had the forethought to give her some unique flaws so they don't make the original obsolete

Google translate actually does a pretty good job, and anyone can do that. Unlike previous changelists, this page can go directly through Google translate.

There aren't a whole lot of ground-breaking changes anyway.
