Crap Tier

I really hope Mila isn't a Leon clone, that's just cheap. New characters should be NEW not replacements for old ones. SCV roster was full of this garbage, and it wasn't better for it reception wise. Luckily it was designed well, but it still pissed off fans of the series.
I hated whatever that girl that replaced Xianghua's name is. Terrible replacement.

Hmm it's complicated because it depends on two things. First, what my experience with the game is going to end up being. If the games turns out to be tournament-viable internationally, I could try building a scene in my country and even traveling a couple times for it. In that case I'd only go with a couple high-tier characters.

But, it something happens and I can't travel and my experiences limits itself to online and casual matches with my friends who mostly pay attention to the costumes and music then I'll just go with a group of about 5-6 characters to main.

I mean, most of them are looking TOO good. It'd be silly for me not to play several.

Part of me kind of hopes she plays like Spartan lol.

I play these games for fun, and i am not very good at them, or rather I don't have to win to have fun with the game. Going for tier lists would be pointless for me, since they include things that i don't worry about anyway :)

That being said i still enjoy well balanced fighting games. I wan't to win or lose because of my choices after picking up a character, not by the pick itself.

Nope, ill always main as Kasumi and Christie. I mostly play for fun too, and even when characters are crap tier you can still kinda work around it to an extent.

I'm in the boat of the characters I like usually end up being bottom tier anyway, so I just stick with them.

If Lisa sucks again, then no i will drop her ass like a hot potato. It requires a lot of patience to play a low tier character, which is just not fun to me.

I just play whoever I like. Brad Wong is fun to play, considered lowest tier (not by me) and Busa is fun to play (considered high/est tier by all).

If Brad Wong turns out to be worse in 5, I'd still play him.

If my favorite characters are low tier, i do my best to play them, but if i can't pass the threshold required to win with them (Jeffry, T.Hawk), then i choose another character.

I'll do my best with the new Lisa, but if i can't cut it in my local scene, she's benched and i'll try Christie out (which is what i did in DOA4 funnily enough).

Ayane, Leifang, Eliot and Tina. Its a fair spread and i usually shuffle between them often enough, though Ayane is most definitely my MVP. i dont think she is too high up in the tiers though... her BT was always problematic. if she gets worse, i will work around it. it will just mean the opponent wont get to see her sexy ass, so its their loss imo

really? tiers were never really something i payed attention to, and Ayane was a VERY hard character to play with. I also NEVER hear anybody on FSD discussing her in the same fan-capacity characters like Christie/Kasumi/Leifang/Tina/Bayman/Busa get, so i assumed she was not that popular

edit: I guess im more "meta" than i thought... good. i fuckin hate hipsters
