Kasumi already is badass imo, that final chapter in story mode has proven that she can be tough if she needs to, that's why she's my favorite...I don't really care about the others, Hayabusa is on and off with how he acts, and Ayane is just a tsundere bitch, and not the type I like. I even had Chap make a gif of my favorite scene. XD. Plus we have to remember that DOA is in essence softer than NG, if you want blood, murder, slaughter, and overall more primal and malicious violence coming from the ninjas, that's where I'd look. DOA is more combat based, plus TN isn't gonna be keen on covering their girls with blood and stuff, they don't even let their hair or faces get dirty which bothers me.

Kasumi already looks good, but only the future can tell what will happen to the characters, i just hope none of them becomes too secondary.

I don't want NG levels of blood, after all we don't have fighting with weapons that would cause that in game, but DOA 5 is very soft on its presentation, softer than any previous DOA, and like, DOA 5 is from what? some time after NG sigma 2, that had all the gore removed? So maybe is just leftover of a time period that is gone from Team Ninja's story.

Remember that DOA 4 had a scene of Hayate slicing a DOATEC soldier in half...

Also. they should go back to Rock for the soundtracks, but that is just me, i'm not really fan of all the rapping that is present on DOA 5.

All these scenes were in dimensions and still rated t for teen 8)

I really dont care what the ninjas(besides Hayabusa)will be doing in doa6. I really wanna know what everybody else will be up to(besides the characters that irritate me).

Pai wasn't in DOA5 story mode and she was part of original cast. I would love to see Sarah and Jacky have some sort of love/hate sibling thing, concerning Sarah's hardship from the VF story line.

TN will not build personalities/relationships for characters that are only intended to be guests for one game and one game only. VF and DOA's stories still do not merge yet.

Talking about dimensions alone as a game, i really want to get it, i really like the artstyle, it looks like an improved version of the doa 1 trough 4 artstyle, and the story mode is in general really good, and way better than 5.

I know how you feel, I'll have to say goodbye to Naotora eventually since she's apparently only a guest...:-(

No, it's just an altered retelling that makes the overall story much neater and easier to understand, it even gives background info on some points. Plus it's the first DOA game to start a DLC like system where they actually spotpassed DLC outfits for free.

It wasn't exactly a NG themed pack but they did release 3(!) ninja costume packs last year. It doesn't really make sense for them to make an NG theme pack since, as you said, its set in the same universe.

Also, just thinking about it, the fact that we got a Warriors theme pack a few months ago proves that that series is NOT part of doa/ng and as such, :naotora: is very much a guest character and therefore (I'm sorry to tell her fans*) will more than likely NOT be featured in any crossover packs and very likely WILL NOT come back for DOA6.
