Okay so I go to buy Phase's aquaplus dlc and it takes a long ass time at checkout. I dl'd the catalog back when it came out so I'm thinking there should be no problem. Start up my game and the outfit slot is locked and says I need to buy it. I'm talking to @Aerospark and the exact same thing just happened to him with Kasumi's aquaplus outfit. Then I hit triangle where it prompts you "Go to Playstationstore" on the character select screen and the in-game store is a disaster with only Mila, Momiji, and Tina's 5U outfit bundles, and broken links to the characters, season passes, costume catalogs, etc
Wtf I'm really not in the mood to have to talk to customer support over a $3 outfit but I guess I'm going to have to

Nnnn, that's happened to me too. :-/ I wanted to buy Christie's but I went to the shop and it was fucked up that same way. I thought it was because my 4G Hotspot was running on low 2G since I used up my GB but then I checked on my phone plan and it was refreshed....it must affect certain people because I haven't seen any complaints from anyone I follow on Twitter. Luckily I was just GOING to buy her DLC and didn't actually shell any money out.

Okay the guy was really nice and I accidentally ended the chat right as he said happy holidays because I thought the chat was over so I feel like a huge dick but here's the solution:
Go to settings, then "playstation network/account management" then "restore licenses" and click "restore." It worked for me.

It doesn't fix the store but it made the outfit show up in my game when it previously didn't.
Also I made sure to say happy holidays to the guy who helped me in the "additional comments" section of the customer service survey they sent lol

Her default is good and all but I'd like some variety. Maybe Ill get the bunny one, its the only one I somewhat like.
And if Sega/SNK allows them to have that said costumes.

Seeing how the KOF crossover pack was disappointingly small and Mai herself didnt get much debut costumes (all of which were TN designed), its clear TN was given a lot of restrictions when it comes to KOF content. This likely means Mai wont get much dlc costumes (most likely even less then the VF characters who did get some original costumes).
I would like to think TN will at least try to give her a swimsuit and maybe feature her in a pack that has costumes for EVERYONE (like a valentines day pack).

For Mai, it's possible she'll get more costumes but obviously not collaboration sets. Only swimsuits and costumes made by TN with permission from KOF.
