Obviously if the strike rating is higher in 5U TN buffed the strikes or felt the previous rating was inaccurate. It's not an arbitrary number like vanilla.

Somehow, I still doubt it will have any real noticeable effect. TN doesn't exactly have the best record of knowing what their characters can really do.

I doubt any moves have been removed, frames or hit attributes might have changed but that's it.
